Rep. Ted Celeste, D-Grandview Heights, has teamed with Rep. Mike Duffey, R-Worthington, and Sens. Frank LaRose, R-Fairlawn, and Tom Sawyer, D-Akron...will seek.... a new system for drawing districts that would require bipartisan votes to approve any new map.
